Description: The air suspension assembly consists of three parts: ① air suspension body, ② mechanical accessories, ③ fastening parts; where X-X indicates the Xth component in the Xth part, for example, 5-3 in ① air suspension body indicates the 3rd part of the 5th component in the air suspension body.
Installation
- The welding of the leaf spring seat and the axle should ensure proper fit and meet the requirements for positioning center distance.
- The welding ground wire can only be connected to the axle body to avoid grounding through the rotating parts of the wheels.
Setup
Select optional ABS ring, sensor, etc. as needed;
Use
- After the new car is first loaded and driven, and after 15 days of driving, or after each tire change, the nuts must be tightened in the specified order using a torque wrench.
- Use dedicated lubricants and avoid using incompatible oils.
- Pay attention to the maintenance of the axle, regularly check and replace parts.
